The Third Annual NDGA Convention was held in Buena Park, CA, on July 1 - 3, 1977. The Convention was hosted by the Western Glass Collectors, and was held at the Buena Park Convention Center Hotel.
The Convention opened with a talk, slide show and display presented on Friday night by Ray and Barbara Onken, who both work for Libbey Glass Company.
